Fairview Avenue Rentals had it beginning back in the 50's as a tool rental company. The original location for the business was on Fairview Avenue in the “Cabbage Hill” area of Lancaster. The business grew over the next 30 years from a neighborhood tool rental enterprise to an equipment rental company serving homeowners and contractors of the Lancaster Community. In 1992 I purchased the business with a vision of expanding it to meet the needs of a larger population segment in the Lancaster area. In 1996 we relocated to an old warehouse on Seymour Street and extensively remodeled the facility to meet our needs. In 2001 we changed our name from Fairview Rentals to RentalZone at Fairview to reflect a more contemporary name and our image as a more expansive rental equipment dealer. Our customer service philosophy is very simple – we recognize that no one company can meet all the needs of its customers, however, it is our goal to strive for excellence in everything we do. We believe in having reliable and safe equipment that is carefully maintained and our employees strive to quickly and accurately provide you with information so that you may accomplish your tasks efficiently and conveniently. We understand that our customers are the reason for our existence and thank you for your patronage.
